This is a 15 minute chart for XRP and it seems that some people are accumulating XRP for maybe another pump and dump scheme? We of course cannot possibly know that for sure but if we can see some upward momentum coupled with some social media news about xrp then possibly another pump could begin.
Many people love XRP and many people also hates it, there are so many mixed opinions, theories, and beliefs about XRP. But for my own view Ripple must win or at least settle the SEC law suit for XRP the token could begin to positively rally again.
It is actually rallying already when the SEC suddenly cock-blocked the momentum thereby pinning down the price even down to sub-twenty cents range. It is a good thing though for XRP lovers and believers because they had accumulated more while some others had panic-sold, broke-evened, or for a loss even.
But in my own opinion the story still continues for XRP as the sentiment of people will change after the issue with SEC is over in favor of I assume both parties. Then I think it is the beginning of the XRP price explosion and it might possibly shoot more then its all time high price. It is still remains to be seen and I hope that most XRP investors could win in the near future.
