I started to powerdown about 60,000 Steem, but I really haven’t decided on what to do with it once all is said and done.
I’m planning to keep around 12,000 powered up, just to see what happens, and plan to sell the rest for Bitcoin!
But my question is this- how much BTC should I keep? Should I buy more Hive? Or perhaps, another crypto?
What is everyone’s opinion? I appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have...

Hi @mcoinz79, you have received a small bonus upvote from MAXUV.
This is to inform you that you now have new MPATH tokens in your Hive-Engine wallet.
Please read this post for more information.
Thanks for being a member of both MAXUV and MPATH!
I am powering down as well, but not nearly as much, I only had about 500 Steem. I think converting it to Hive and then powering up is a good way to spend Steem, because in my opinion, Hive has a lot of potential. If I had as much Steem as you, I would definetly put some in a major coin. For both Ether and Bitcoin, promising times are ahead, but I prefer Eth.
However, I also spent a decent amount of Steem on dcity. It is a trading simulation, in which you grow a city by trading and buying cards. It's super fun, and you also build a not so small daily income. Plus, all purchases are tradable, so you can always sell these cards again to get your Steem/Hive back.
Powering it all down I think, although might leave some in the wallet just in case JS pumps it like a goodun!
The rest is going to BTC, and if HIVE falls back to 1500,2000 sats, then I'll probably buy some more of that. Good luck!
