Basket of 15 Cryptos as of 09/07/2023
Another down week in the crypto markets and the value of our basket dropped a few more percent. We could probably rebalance soon but we're in no hurry just jet.
The basket peaked at $16.7k 18 weeks ago and it's been alot of down since then. Normally July is a very good month for crypto and more so for pre-hailing years but tis cycle, not so much. I guess the BTC ETF hype pushing BTC to new-time highs pre-halving is catching up with us now.
The XV book value took a small hit this week and dropped down to 3.02 HIVE from 3.10 HIVE last week. We're still 200% in HIVE profit and with 46 more weeks to go, we could see a 4-5 HIVE value. Og course HIVE could moon to 40 cents tomorrow and we'd drop back down to 1.5 HIVE but I dont think thats likely to happen.

HIVE finished the week strong and gained back more of its losses compared to our basket and we see a small dip of 1580 HIVE in basket value. At this point, I'd call this a sideways week as we continue to bounce between the 30k and 40k profit line.
Round-Up
Another week is gone and only 46 weeks remain until wrap-up time. It's very interesting to watch this project unfold, half way through and i'd say we're killing it.
