I'm not sure there is a layer 3. What distinguishes it from layer 2? If it makes up for cock-ups on layer 2 why in hell furies name would you build on something that is flawed? :)

Not a real layer3 ... just a platform to do quests! The only layer3 I know so far is Degen on Base
