RE: Bourbon Giant Jim Beam Halts Production at Kentucky Distillery

I had no idea this was happening. Jim Beam is a good whiskey at an affordable price. It's my go to brand when I'm on a budget. I'm guessing all the small batch and craft distilleries are taking a toll on the more established brands. In recent years there are just so many small batch breweries now. I just picked up a 1.75 liter bottle of Devil's Cut for $27. Which was a great price IMHO. I wonder if prices will keep coming down?

I think prices will need to come down if there is too much supply and not enough demand. The high end stuff is unlikely to come down but maybe mid shelf stuff does.
