Respectfully you are replying incorrect info & that’s Not true. Everybody who delegates 1000 HP gets vote. If 2500 it’s larger vote of 30%. This is a known fact. Unless account is on a blacklist that is, every account gets a daily vote for it. He just needs to contact on discord as comments here are not watched regularly. The so called “it’s not promised” is just talk so it doesn’t look like vote buying. Literally any account who delegates 1000 minimum gets a vote, and if 2500 or higher delegated its 30% vote literally every day.
