Esmeralda: Alice Ghostley
Introduced later in the series, Esmeralda was a charming, clumsy witch who provided comic relief with her misfires and heartfelt attempts to help. Ghostley’s warm personality and comedic timing earned her an Emmy nomination. She passed away in 2007 at age 81.
Louise Tate: Irene Vernon
Supporting Samantha's endeavors, Irene Vernon portrayed Louise Tate, Larry’s wife, embodying warmth and understanding. Vernon appeared in numerous TV series from the 1950s until her death in 1998 at age 76.
