Combining Ingredients
Gently fold the blueberry puree and the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream. Use a spatula or a gentle stirring motion to combine without deflating the whipped cream. It's crucial to mix softly to maintain the airy texture that gives the ice cream its lightness.
If there are any small lumps, use a handheld blender on a low setting to break them apart for a smoother final mixture.
Freezing the Mixture
Transfer the combined mixture into a suitable container, such as a loaf tin or any freezer-safe vessel. Cover it tightly to prevent freezer burn and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. For best results, freeze overnight.
