The foundation of this dessert is a strong coffee flavor. Begin by dissolving 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in 80 ml (about 1/3 cup) of boiling water. Mix thoroughly until the coffee granules are fully dissolved. Once done, add 80 ml of cold water to cool the mixture. This chilled coffee will be used to soak the biscuit layers, imparting a rich aroma and depth of flavor.
