Ready for some more math? I've got 2500 SURGE. My yield is paid out in LSTR. I get roughly 2 LSTR per week. There are roughly 16 weeks until the end of the year.

So....let's say I collect another 20 LSTR between now and the end of the year. As the price goes up, I'll obviously get less each week, so 20 seems fair. I've collected 5 already, plus 20, equals 25 "free" LSTR.

Now let's assume LeoStrategy gets to the 10M LEO they want by year's end. With all that buying, let's put the price of LEO at $2 (very conservative in my estimation). Let's also assume all SURGE converts and LS offers another 90,000 LSTR along the way. That means there are 200k LSTR and the LPS is 50 with $2 LEO, which puts LSTR at $100 at par.

Conclusion: I will have paid $2000 for 75 LSTR at $100= $7500. 375% return in 5 months or 900% annualized. On an investment with downside protection.

Gotta love math.

Oooh! Didn't think of all of that!

It's could be a very Merry Christmas! 🎅

It could get really crazy if the LSTR float stays at 110,000 (SURGE converts) and the price goes to $3. Then the LPS would be 90 x $3 = $270 LSTR. 75 x 270 = $20,250. A 10x on a safe investment over 5 months. And these are my numbers. Yours would be what, 4x this? 5x? And this obviously doesn't include the actual LSTR we already own outright. Nuts.

You lost me somewhere in there, but yes nuts!
Why 110,000? I thought it was 100k.

The 500,000 SURGE will convert to 10,000 new LSTR, meaning the float will then be 110,000.

I thought that all of the LSTR "conversions" were actually them buying them off of the open market!

The SURGE yields and the lstr.voter payouts are bought off the market. That's it right now...

Not SURGE. Those will convert into new LSTR at 50 to 1. That will dilute the LSTR holders by 10%, but the funds raised by SURGE have already moved the LPS up by 10-15, and it's only a quarter of the way done. The whole idea is that any dilution they do (and they WILL be doing it) will have an "accretive" effect on LSTR. In layman's terms, that means that the money they raise will take the LPS higher than any dilution. At least that's the idea anyway. I think that will get tougher to do as the price of LEO goes higher but....we'll see. Either way, adding more LSTR adds more investors, more liquidity, and more visibility so even if the dilution is flat or even slightly negative, I think the benefits will still outweigh the slight dilution.

Oh yeah. Forgot about the convertibility!

I really love math, I really do. But this is not that easy, and you and everybody knows it. This is just a hopium... But whatever LFG. LSTR to 100 bucks!

If LeoStrategy keeps buying every day, LeoDex keeps growing, and the new products LS comes out with keep getting sold out, then what YOU don't understand is that it actually IS that easy. Yes, there are some ifs involved, but they are more whens than ifs. It may take longer than everybody wants, but it's going to happen. More LEO gets bought every single day. LS thinks they can get to 10m before year end. After picking up 2.5m in the first month and a half, they're off to an amazing start. Who am I to bet against them?

I just converted my payments to be in LSTR lol thanks for the math.

Impressive breakdown! I love seeing the math behind these yield plays. A 375% return in 5 months is eye-catching, even with conservative estimates. Just remember, market dynamics can shift fast, so downside protection is key here

LSTR is truly a remarkable project; it has increased the value of $LEO to truly enormous levels, to be precise!
