In the meantime, you can run some numbers on leo.voter's $HIVE revenue that is being used to buy up $LEO.
Yeah I havent looked at it that closely. The delegation payouts are good but I am really excited by the ad revenue. That is bringing new money in from the outside. That is solid buy demand. We need to know what the numbers look like.
I'm just wary of exclusively relying on blockchain rewards long term.
I just have a feeling that the Hive elite are eventually going to get upset that money is essentially being extracted from $HIVE to pump $LEO.
I def could see this happening tho as there are some elite that just don’t like $LEO
IMO they should be more concerned about the thousands of HBD per day getting paid to squatter projects in the DHF that aren’t delivering growth

Threads is probably HIVE's best chance at user growth and retention. They had better realize that.

It’s more relevant what the sellers of that LEO do. If they sell it for hive and stake hive, $0 left the eco
I'm completely on your side here, I'm just playing devil's advocate about the risks that are there.
Downvotes are completely out of our control and as such, it might be worth getting a campaign ready if it does happen.
I always worry how $LEO will be successful without $HIVE getting recognized in the market.
$LEO is now multichain. I think that risk has been mitigated.
All that LEO exclusively relies on Hive for, is the account management system.
Because it's the best and only truly decentralised/censorship-resistant option for social media.
For Hive to be recognised, it needs a strong front-end.
