I think I’ve seen one ceiling fan in my whole life, it really isn’t a thing at all in Finland. Does it do anything? Just circulate the air a bit? 😅
A good quiet one helps cool you when you are in bed and it's hot. They can also be useful to push warm air down from the ceiling when you have your heater on when it's cold out. I found out I like them as it seems to be hotter here than ever before. Of course central air conditioning is an absolute must practically everywhere here now. It should be made into law like heating is. We're having an extreme heat wave now. I'm freaking about my 92 year old mother. It's really bad.
