In life, we experience a lot during our lifetime on Earth, from the moment we are born until the day we transition to another realm. For one, it may be heaven; for another, it's a reincarnation.
We face happiness, joy, setbacks, sadness, grief, and much more. There are times when we feel that something is 'done' to us, unjust, or that we have done something that could harm others unconsciously or consciously. Or perhaps, we didn't do anything, and still, there's a voice in our head telling us we did. We become enslaved to guilt and embarrassment.
We get lost in a downward spiral, affecting our self-esteem, pride, and love. Regardless of what you've experienced, there is always time to be grateful and ask for forgiveness, even for the little things.
For everything you felt sorry, there is a little forgiveness prayer.
Ho'oponopono
Many years ago in Hawaii, they created a little forgiveness prayer called Ho'oponopono, believing that everything you experience is there for a reason, and everything you notice is a message for you. One of the many stories is about a therapist who healed an entire criminal ward in Hawaii with this prayer.
Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len was a therapist who treated criminals with mental problems. For each file he received, he did this prayer every day for many years. As a result, he healed the entire prison from criminal activities.

The Ho’oponopono has just four simple sentences. For everything that you notice as wrongdoing, whether by yourself or done by others — from theft to saying things you didn't mean, or a car accident, or maybe something you did to yourself — just repeat this little prayer until you feel it's okay to let go. I've done it myself many times; at first, I didn't believe it would work, or it wasn't enough to reach the depth of my 'fault.'
