I stayed at my friend Jeremy's place in Sydney last weekend. His house backs onto some lovely bushland so we went down there about midnight and had some fun.
Tool used here was a yellow acrylic tube
with a red M&M's container taped on the end (pix below). Jeremy had a bunch of LED string lights wrapped around his body underneath his hoodie.
