I think these delegation will be reward for the users who is working hard for this campaign and making continuous contribution to spread awarenesses about this project and making @cleanplanet movement via Twitter.This definitely will attract others to collaborate in cleaning earth. Everyone knows well that social media is the best medium to put up our thought I am spreading awareness among the people.
