Probably the longest post of yours I've seen!
While I don't think I have the patience for such things anymore, I am glad that there are more people throwing around better services and devices that can over time threaten the more aggressive corporations that don't treat their customers properly, especially with things like easy self-repair! We should be able to easily swap out batteries that are on their way out, or fix screens without sending them in or being stuck in a lengthy yearly insurance contract.

also this one has been sitting for a couple of months as I actually started writing it when I got the watch, and then it kept disappearing from my pseudorganiser pane where I keep blogs in progress if the workspace didn't get properly restored so it kept slipping my mind x_x
Hard agree. The repairability was one of the reasons I got Pine64 devices and am eyeing off the Framework laptops.
