I've been dipping my toe in and out of Linux for a few years now and have to say it is very good. I would make the shift 100% but I have some software packages that I can't get on Linux. I get around that by running an instance on a virtual machine. I've started studying for a Linux qualification as it's something I'd quite like to get into for work.
