Troubleshooting issues with running Windows apps and games inside Wine was the main reason I quit using Linux on some machines.
Way too much time spent troubleshooting than just getting work done or playing games.
I don't want to spend two hours to get a game to work, when I might have only two hours to game.
Or spend extra time to fix a problem with an app that would just work on Windows.
Windows just works most of the time.
