There's SO much competition for people's attention these days. I heard a reassuring stat a few weeks ago, Barnes and Noble began adding locations instead of closing them for the first time in well over a decade. There are a lot of us Americans who would benefit from reading, let me tell ya. : )
I find I feel so much better if I read a little every day--the day feels incomplete without it. My newest one is Entrances and Exits, Michael Richards' bio.
Oh that's good news indeed about the new B&N locations! Also, that book sounds pretty cool - I love Seinfeld. I'll have to look for it - thank you! :)
Definitely! You're welcome. It was my favorite show of the 1990's and Kramer was always my favorite character. The book gives so much good backstory about Michael's life and some behind-the-scenes info about the show. It's strange to watch Seinfeld in reruns now. Humor is different now, less subtle and more snarky. One modern comedian I like is Matt Rife. He picks on everyone in the crowd equally and absolutely nothing is sacred. He reminds me of Carlin in some ways.
Wow you've established a very beneficial habit.. reading is a good one man
