The time about two souls united by a single heart

Zabuza had decided to stay with Kisame Hisoka and Kana Hisoka. Kisame's mother had died when Kisame was fourteen, and Kisame's father had died during the Kyuubi attack, which Kisame survived, becoming a Jinchuuriki.

Kisame's mother and father had always told Kisame the story of how they first met, and the events that had lead to their marriage, but until Kana entered Kisame's life., Kisame had never realised the fundamental story attached to his own history. He had never realised the fundamental similarities between his own story and the story his parents had told him when Kana had entered his life. His parents were two soul mates, who were joined not only by their bodies, but by their hearts. And by the fact that their children were to be the fifth generation of their family. The story was both old and new, an old fable, passed down from parents to children, and from soul mate to soul mate, but it was new, too.

It was the story of his family. A story that had never held a place on the walls of his house, was not told to him, and he never learned of it until he was confronted by his parents' stories now.

The story of the story seemed to have started way back when Kisame Hinoka was born. His mother, Izumi Hinoka, died of a disease one week after she had given birth to Kisame, and his father, Tazuna Hisoka, thought he'd never love again. But soon, his father met a beautiful girl with pale skin, dark hair and pale eyes. The girl was named Koyuki Hyuuga. Their meeting happened by accident.

It was just as Izumi Hisoka died.

It was a delicate time, and both Tazuna and Koyuki had more than a little respect for the dead. Koyuki was appologising for making so much noise, but Tazuna assured her that it was alright.

Koyuki was crying when she saw Tazuna.

"Did you just lose a loved one?" she asked, as tears welled up in Tazuna's eyes.

"I just lost a wife," he said. Koyuki just stared off into the distance.

"What's her name?" she asked.

"Izumi," Tazuna said, his eyes still clouded with tears.

Koyuki nodded, as she continued to stare off into the distance, looking for something.

"I'm sorry for your loss," she said. "My parents are dead too."

"I'm sorry," Tazuna said. "But you don't miss them do you?"

Tazuna was obviously not expecting an answer. But Koyuki had looked stunned for a moment.

"I can't be sure who I miss," she said. "I have been alone for so long. I have never been a part of a family before. I'm sure they miss me."

"Do you think they don't miss you?"

Koyuki didn't answer Tazuna. He thought she was ignoring him. But then, she spoke.

"I'm really sorry," she said. "But I have to go."

In a moment, Tazuna's wife was gone.

"I have to chase her," Tazuna thought. "I have to tell her I love her. I have to tell her I want her in my family."

Tazuna decided he was through with being alone.

The day Kisame was born was the day Tazuna met Koyuki. Tazuna and Koyuki fell in love. One year after Kisame was born, a son was born to them. Tazuna's name was Tsunade.

When master Kakashi was younger, he had had a pupil named Isao. Isao had been a great student, and had a very good future ahead of him, as the youngest medical ninja at twelve. Isao died of a mysterious disease at thirteen.

Isao's death hit Kakashi very hard. He had a funeral, and he lost hope. He questioned the world. He questioned God.

Eighteen months after Isao's death, Kakashi and Isao's father, Busaki, remarried. Kakashi found out that Busaki's new wife was pregnant, and that she was going to be Kakashi's adopted sister.

Kakashi couldn't believe that Busaki had remarried. "I was the closest thing he and Isao had to family," Kakashi thought.
