Serve came up to resolve the issue and challenges facing delivery system. Some of the challenges are:
There are levied of high fees from most platform offering last mile delivery services. Some platform do charge higher to a level that cost of delivery is more than the cost of product you buy which ought not to be so.
It is very difficult for small vendors to compete against large players because the vendor with huge cash always outshine and power the less privileged vendor in this ecosystem.

No clear reputation and accountability systems on transaction that take places between the merchants and the clients or the suppliers and the consumers.
Location and distance barriers is another issue; services does not covers some geometric areas.
Serve has studied those challenges and propounded that blockchain is the solutions to those issues which led to the creation of this noble platform called Serve.
HERE IS THE SOLUTIONS PROPOUND BY SERVE
Serve will decentralized the last mile logistics system to make the system more transparent, secure and efficient. Here are the changes Serve is bringing into this ecosystem.
The Serve platform will use smart contract for to safe and secure transaction, furthermore, transaction fees will be low.
The services will go to the service provide, Serve will provides enterprise technology to every level in the chain
There will be reputation and accountability in the market and the reims of trust will be high again.

Serve will create efficient markets and also maximizing performance in last mile logistics for ordering and delivery of product. Serve will restore full transparency into the entire supply chain & order process and also creates trust between service providers and customers through transparency. Accountability will be the order of this platform; the platform will incentivize good behavior while disincentivizing bad behavior among the users of the platform. At your comfort zone, you can order and pay little for the delivery with full trust.
