Playing around with some long exposures at work the other day. Busses are definitely my favorite to wait for. Still getting the hang of the timing and at what point you hit the trigger to catch different light effects.
These were done at 5 sec exposures on my Sony A7 with my new G Master 16-35mm F2.8 lens. 😍
Full disclosure, I did photoshop this 2nd photo. There were two photos I liked in different spots of the images sooooo I merged them to get this. They were shot from the same angle, altho I had widened the lens on one but it still worked out. I don't see the merge points, do you?
Here are the side by sides...

Good to see you - we missed you, Maya!
Long exposure is fun, eh? Creating something interesting out of something boring. So many possibilities.
Aww thanks Derek! Feels nice to have something to post. It was a busy week at work. Found a little time to shoot, but not any time to edit until today. My show ends in two weeks tho so I’m looking forward to some time off. I’ve been eyeballing some tunnels near Malibu I’d like to do long exposures with. ;)
Oooh, okay, cool! Going to do some light painting in those tunnels? Watch out for cave trolls! ;)
Nice angle!
I like first one! these melancholy colors:) Peace
