Entry to the ticket is available through subscription on an end of year basis.

All subscription must be paid to the end of the year.

A subscription is 0.2 HBD per week (X weeks to the end of the year).

Pausing SBI.

Last year I began to hand out some SBI. The SBI was generated through the post rewards. It generally took just under three posts to gain one SBI, by converting HBD. The fourth post would power HBD to saving.

It now takes four posts to grant one SBI, I will pause this and increase the HBD savings to a level where the interest can begin to purchase SBI.

Need to figure out the levels here. I am thinking under 40% of the HBD interest should be used. Maybe as low as 25%.
