Was it really love? Well its all related to how your mind works. If you are single and not in a relationship then you will always be on a lookout for a partner. Even if you think that you don't bother about relationships at present, still you will fall in love with the person who matches your preferences. Everyone has some criteria in his mind that a person must match in order for to love someone. Of course the list is unique to you.
How And Why Do People Fall In Love
Does love at first sight exist?
Yes it does. If a person meets your preferences the moment you saw him or her then you are most likely to fall in love with him or her at that very moment. Is it not the love at first sight?
Now you must be wondering that how will I know whether he or she matches my criteria or not when I have never talked to him or her before? Its simple – it includes the way the person walks, talks and looks at you. There might be another reason too. If the person reminds you of someone in the past or the ex-lover through his or her behavior or looks then you are bound to fall in love with that person. If your judgment relies heavily on looks rather than qualities then your chances of falling in love at the first sight are much higher.
Is it possible to make someone fall in love with you?
Sometimes it so happens that we come across a person and we know that it's nothing but love. However, it is not always possible to see the fantastic qualities of the person right there in front of you. He or she may need a little push to realize that maybe he or she loves you too. Keep in mind that there is no way you can make a person fall in love with you and love is a feeling that cannot be forced.. But yes, with time and effort, you can make the person realize how much he or she matters for you.
A man needs to know certain things to trigger romantic love and these things he can comprehend within a few interactions with a woman. Most part of his attraction to a woman is physical which lies in her personality and energy. A man can perceive this by observing her in a variety of moods. Other things, her beliefs, class, family etc. are available to him by having conversations with her. In short, a man can assess a woman quite quickly.
Now, for women, the position is quite the different one. Romantic love is not immediately triggered in her. His strength and emotional steadiness can be judged only by looking at the way he reacts to challenging situations, and these are not likely to arise on a daily basis. Even his intelligence to be judged needs time – you need to observe how he responds in real life situations. Last but not the least, you need to know how committed he is to you.
In other words, a man judges a woman only in relation to himself, which doesn’t need much time. On the other hand, a woman judges a man on how he relates to the people around him, and this takes time.
Why do we fall in love?
Another question that must be popping in your mind is that why do we fall in love? Loving and being loved by someone makes life worth living. When people are close to each other they feel happier. Love makes us feel being wanted, understood, and secure. But each type of love has its own feel. The kind of love we feel for our parents is different from the love we have for our best friend. And being in the romantic relationship is its own distinctive kind of love. Teens across the world have feelings of attraction towards opposite sex. It's natural to have romantic feelings and sexual attractions. These feelings no doubt are exciting but they can be confusing at times
