Understanding Depression

I've seen many people who encounter depression in some sort of way. It really depends on every individual how he or she experiences it, some might think it's not a big deal, but in reality, depression will lead you to many sicknesses. Mental depression causes about 70% illnesses.

Here is a video, that really spoke to me. The daily tasks that you and I encounter can be very challenging in maintaining your cool. And it stops you to do your thing with 100% effort.

It doesn't pay to be sick, sad and depressed.
It pays to be joyful, happy, excited.

Anxiety disorders are highly treatable, yet only 36.9% of those suffering receive treatment.
People with an anxiety disorder are three to five times more likely to go to the doctor and six times more likely to be hospitalized for psychiatric disorders than those who do not suffer from anxiety disorders.
