I guess you are part of the project. The fact that it invests in some lucrative business like genesis mining, poloniex lending and steemit sounds really nice(I consider the risk is quite low with those investments).
I would also suggest investing in GigaWatt ICO (https://cryptonomos.com/wtt/). They will offer space with extremely low cost energy (0.03 usd/kwh) to miners.
