İnce ince işlenmiş bu kuş yuvalarını Osmanlı döneminde bir çok yapının duvarlarında görmek mümkündü. Bu yapılar Osmanlıda hayvan sevgisini ve mimarideki gelişmişliğin bir göstergesiydi.
