I believe you are very familiar with this little animal. leaf-eating animals with long legs and able to jump far from one branch to the other. You are right, the locust is a herbivorous insect from Califera in the Orthopera order. There are many grasshoppers in the world.
The grasshoppers I photographed using the MI4 smartphone camera with the additional macro lens below are my favorite grasshopper type. There is no particular reason, but I really like the clean skin color and black lines on the right and left of his body that extends to the tail makes this grasshopper look elegant.
The beauty of the world really is not everything can be seen clearly by our eyes. Many details are truly amazing, especially if you look through macro lens glasses.
