The Magic
This magic trick is called stigmata where an audience suppose to select a random card from the deck and then the magician will ask the audience to to hold the magicians wrist and squeeze. The audience then releases the hand and after the magician rub his wrist you can see now a markings where the choosen card will be shown which in this case a seven of diamond.
How its done

- The magician the turned around so he pretend not to see the card but actually he is scratching his wrist to form a 7♦️ shape. After then he will ask the audience to squeeze his hand and. When the audience releases the wrist of the magician the magician then now rub the wrist with his other hand to irritate the akin and to make it more red.
