I love this idea. Personally I find many chat apps to be way too "noisy" and the idea of using Steem's incentive mechanism to encourage people to give some extra thought to how their post (in this case a group chat message) adds value to a conversation has great potential. It also demonstrates the utility of apps like SteemConnect which turn your Steem account into a universal sign in system
