First, it seems to me that the sample size in this study is far too small to have any sort of significance when applied to a larger population. 441 individuals is less than 0.00098% of the total population of 22 to 35 year olds in the United States - source

Additionally, proponents of cannabis legalization support keeping it out of the hands of minors under 21. In fact, it is clear that cannabis legalization succeeds in reducing the number of minors using it, due the market being regulated. -
