Once again a friday is coming and we are looking forward to see the #marketfriday.
A marketfriday is a lovely points if you ask a women to go for a shopping, chill i don't offer anyone for shopping. Just roaming arround afternoon to evening to night. Let's check out few photos for here.
As you can see some snack type of food is offering you from the street side. Starting with peanut and others crispy snack with spicy like mustured oil, chille, onions, lemon, tomatoes and many others. The price is customised depend how many ingredients and amout do you want.
Besides there, a ban is staying with lots of bed covers and pillow covers. A variety of of colour and design found and quality is very well as you find in supper store or shopping mall and slight cheaper.
A few more steps walking ahead i have found these kind of heavy and hard working where safety guard absence. As it on the main transport road and working such a kind of risky work an open place. These iron rod is used for window and balcony for extra safety.
You can find lots of pigeon and rabbits are in the cage. It may assume as a market where you can buy and sell these type of birds. Its unofficially a market place but at street side. The price of pigeons are depends on how its quality, age, species and feathers color and appearance.
Umm, what it named in English, i think pan cake will br suit on it, as it made like this type of processing. And its also containing a full egg as topping and taste with spicy jam with chille and mustered. Each one is cost for twenty five taka, with out egg five/ten taka depend its size.
However the process of making is shared below, and i enjoyed a lot to eat these spicy pancake.
So, you can easily find that the stove of conventional are placed in a row, and women's are making it one after one. And, look at thatbthe egg topping is in procedure and covered. This stove are wooden fire that keeps extra flavour, if you taste different baking food on different woven/stove then you could realise about the small fragrance of taste like, gas burner, kerosene stove, electric/micro wiven has slightly different taste in food.
These women reminds me about my childhood while my mom and aunt are making these cake like this way and i am back everytime to remind it at here.
