Hello friends, its Friday which allow us to know about the #marketfriday.
Today i am going to tell about the roaming at late night with my friends for taste the best of Hilsha fish at mawa, Munshigonj.
It's quite a long drive but not too long from uttara, Dhaka to mawa, Munshigonj. Started the journey at near about 11 am, so we could be more relax to view and enjoy other natural scenery too.
After reaching there, this time we have selected a usual restaurant and less expensive other than Hilsha project!
The name of the restaurant is 'shokher Hari' - i don't know how it looks when translet the title but may be 'hobby/ passion with utensils', i think it pretty much closer to that words.
As we are here to enjoy the Hilsha fish, so we are busy to chose it and finally got few of it.
Its an regular and optimum size for the best taste.
Wash and dressing with cut into pieces
The best part of the fish is egg and it separate for dressing and cleaning too.
Head and tail is also cut into small pieces and ready to cook and fry.
Here is it comes with lots of onions fry and pure original style of cooking recipes. Fry it with extra oil and spicy like dry red chillies, turmeric and others ingredients too.
Boiled rice and five types of different smashed fish and vegetables ball, spicy salad which is segregated water into my mouth while writing this post.

Uh-huh, this is most adorable and extra demand from the Hilsha fish, eggs are fried very evenly and mixed with the spicy of same as for fish fry. Here is also also found the round shape vegetables which is also known as elephant egg/ brinjal.
The five kind of smashed fish and vegetables ball, its an another appetizer when seated for load your stomack, all the foods are so tasty and use the local recipes, thus we enjoy more and keep it remember the taste.
So far today i have almost finished my #marketfriday which is conducted by lovely lady @dswigle, its not a culture but also information to let you known about social behaviour and communication with each other, we are very pleased to hear and know the other people in a single platform.
