Greatness Takes Work
Have you had someone tell you that you make doing something look so easy? But in reality it has been one of the areas you have struggled with.
Achieving greatness takes time and effort even if you have the natural talent and ability. Any area that you want to see greatness will take an intentional effort.
Practice
Knowing how to do something is just the beginning, you need to take action and practice doing what you learn. If you want to get good at something you have to keep doing it over and over again.
Once you get comfortable doing something get uncomfortable all over again and stretch yourself. You will not grow in your comfort zone.
Learn ~ Study ~ Observe
If there is a certain area that you want to become great in, observe what others are doing that seems to make them great in that area. Buy books on the subject, take a course, invest in yourself, learn the basics and master them.
Learn to Fail
This can be one of the hardest things to learn, because when you fail most people feel like a failure.
Give yourself permission to fail along your way to your greatness.
