Do you understand how mystical life is? Many of us are trapped in a three-dimensional box of trauma and we don’t even know it. Much of this trauma is caused by things that have never even happened to us in this incarnation or our other incarnations. It is trauma we see play out in entertainment and media. When we turn the news on, most likely it’s a depressing story of political chaos or racism. When we see a movie, it’s more than likely to contain some sort of violence or tragedy. When we watch a show, it can range anywhere from a reality tv fight to a murder investigation. I’m not saying that we can’t watch these things, I’m saying that we need to have awareness that these things keep us trapped in a reality of trauma that doesn’t really exist. Unless we are able to see the infinite beauty and power of our collective consciousness outside of this matrix, then we will never be able to escape it.
