I am well thankyou for asking! Things are healing nicely. I was wearing a knee brace up until a few days ago, went for a long walk two days ago to a reservoir nearby. It took it out of me but it was good to be in nature and near water. I walk slowly, deliberately, with a slight limp but I'm getting there. The arm is another matter entirely. Most recent orthopaedics appointment back at the hospital puts the timeline at past six weeks from now for surgery to remove the bridging plate. Then I'll be able to move my wrist again. I wonder what it'll be like after all this time? Pretty stiff I imagine! Lots of physio will be needed 😄
