MDsquare is working on the issue of creating a new international telemedicine application that allows everyone to consult with professional doctors in their field, despite state borders and vast distances, and use translators to ensure uninterrupted communication. The application also allows doctors to provide access to medical devices and data trackers, such as blood glucose monitors and step counters, and uses blockchain smart contracts to automate crypto payments. To date, a mobile app for Apple store and for Google store is available right now inside Korean market. With the help of blockchain technology, MDsquare tries to control the display of connections between the patient and the doctor.

Patients are given the opportunity to establish their requirements for what doctor they would like to meet within the boundaries of telemedicine. That is, patients can install filters and choose the doctor they want. Or, for example, they want to pay less than fifty dollars, or maybe they want to find a doctor who will be younger, for example, than forty years old. That is, patients put forward some conditions. And then the application uses the concept of a smart contract that will work in accordance with the doctor's profile. The application produces a result - three or five doctors listed in accordance with the requirements through a smart contract - and patients can choose between the proposed options.

The doctor`s side is similar. The doctor will also have some requirements for patients, and the basis of a smart contract will really help meet them. A doctor can remotely direct a patient and monitor his medical data. If patients use devices, like a smartwatch that can collect their heartbeats or some other medical data that can automatically get into blockchain, then it is much easier for the doctor to track the medical data.
