He empezado a ir a la rehabilitación para mejorar la musculatura de la espalda y eliminar las contracturas causadas por la operación.

Desde mi cabina oyes las típicas conversaciones de ascensor para romper el silencio con las profesionales y algún quejido de dolor al estirar ese tendón o músculo atrofiado.
The clinic has physiotherapists who don't stop. People who have been through traffic accidents and operations like mine don't leave them a moment to spare. They put us in narrow booths with a curtain where there is a stretcher that smells of disinfectant. They put a piece of paper on it and ask me to do a series of exercises. From my cabin you hear the typical lift conversations to break the silence with the professionals and the occasional moan of pain when stretching that tendon or atrophied muscle.
