It's not about what you do, It's about being Aware of what you do.

I am now 35, and have been meditating for about 14 years. During that time I have switched careers 4 times, battled a problem with alcohol (2 DUI's and 4 Drunk in Public's), all the while going to school and doing many of the things that would make one look successful.

So what have I learned from all that life? Get rid of the judge.

You are not here to judge every little thing you do as good or bad, as if it really makes up who you are.

What we are all here to do is have an experience. A HUMAN experience. And a SPIRITUAL experience. Both at the same time. And you can't experience what it's like to be a HUMAN without doing human things and making human "mistakes."

So instead of holding yourself to the fire and making yourself feel good or bad for the things you've done, remember, It's not about what you do, It's about being AWARE of what you do. With awareness come choice and the opportunity for change.

Once you are AWARE, and you make your choice, you have regained your POWER in life, and now it is yours to command.
