The rule is very simple...... If you don't have anything to say or maybe you don't know what the post is taking about. The beSt thing to do is to ignore commenting....
You are lucky you did not meet the bad whales, they will flag you with 100percent and your reputation will go down to minus @mdfahim. I know many of them on steemit.
@reddust is just very kind hearted that's why she she didn't do it. Other whales won't even tell you.

@mdfahim, I am trying to help, just 1% won't hurt anyone but it will catch your attention. I am not a whale, I am just a little dolphin helping out my minnow friends avoid getting squished by whales. Thank you for your help dear friend @cyprianj.
