The power of now

Hello Community,

My second post will be a a short philosophical one
This post is about the power of the everlasting present, the so called now.
There are already a lot of Authors, who have written about this, religions teach it and I adopted this kind of thinking many many years ago and I will give you an short introduction

The past is the preparation of our future performance

Our consciousness is almost completely preoccupied with memory and expectation

What most of the people don’t realize is that there never was, is or will be any other experience than the present moment.

I started meditation when I was 15 years old, I have read several books and never really found the hundred percent way, but I knew that practice makes the masters and I recommend practice over worrying about the right technique

Meditation is the art of suspending verbal and symbolic thinking for a time

So simply sit down, close your eyes and be aware of all sounds that going on
There is this inner voice talking all the time, and it sounds sometimes like an illness but mostly everyone has this inner guide, speaking - and this consciousness behind it that listens. This is your real self. Without your Ego.

You also have to become aware of the breath, and let your thoughts flow without manifesting anything in your mind

Just sit down forget the clock, forget to count the minutes - and just feel the luxury of the present moment

the whole point is to realize that there is no future, and that the real way to the deeper sense of life is the exploration of the present moment

Stop your thoughts, get no minded, and listen

The universe is the cosmos, and cosmos means order

Even in a jungle there is order, not on the first view but when you look at the whole - the definition of nature, means order

Energy takes the line of the least resistance, energy is mass and the power of water is in following its own weight

The earth is like a canon ball, turning around the sun, and one complete circle is this what we call a year.

The moon is turning around the earth in one month

And the rotation of the earth around its own axis takes one day

Being conscious about the ongoing physical influences of the universe, makes meditation an real experience

Colors are Vibrations with different vibration frames

This are few of a lot techniques to Meditate

I appreciate to meditate twice a day, without forcing myself, and the effort is definitely worth it

And never forget meditation is a solo Job :-)
