The Twitter profile picture of the account uses photos when Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William, and Kate Middleton perform together on stage at an event earlier this year. Meghan's status in this picture is already as Harry's fiancee.

The photo was taken when the three of them attended a charity event for people with mental disorders, Heads Together in 2016.
At the event, Harry bluntly regretted never talking about his mother's death affecting his soul.
"It does not matter if you have a psychiatric disorder, as long as we're open, it's not a weakness that can be called weak if someone has a problem but does not admit it, and does not try to solve it," the BBC quoted him as saying.
