Sometimes all you can do is comment. The amount of upvote power one has is limited. If all of the power is gone the upvote is useless, so then it would be better to comment at that point. Don't be upset when one comments on your post without upvoting it. There are reasons for it most times. Just appreciate them for noticing your good post and saying somethibg about it, versus them passing it by. I understand your feeling as I have felt them too.
