It's beginning to feel like we are not so much waiting for a bull market in crypto as the bear crash out of USD. We had a good drill with scalability at the end of last year and the Lightning Network may well be ready, now, for the next mass adoption attempt.
It seems in the present easily manipulated crypto markets that BTC is hovering at $4000-ish USD while effort is made to buy up available coins with those, soon to be seen as useless, quantitative easing dollars.
Time will tell. ✌
