Checking In 1!

When staying at a hotel one of the most prominent aspects of a stay is based on how welcomed a guest can feel. I have been to numerous hospitality establishments during my travels and have had a whole mixed bag of initial impressions. These experiences often set the tone of the rest of my stay and I’m often disheartened if the initial check in process is not well handled. Being greeted by staff is perhaps one of the most basic welcomes that one can expect at any sort of hospitality business.

There were times where I had been left to my own devices and the receptionist would be on duty alone, looking at their phones without a hint of attention towards incoming guests.
