I was watching a movie of short term memory loss. A guy brain sudden stop working and recognizing his own mates.Our age play a vital role in changes of our brain development.The more we get older the more we loss our memories.However i am not a herbal professional but i have tried these remedies and Foods That boost your memory functions.
Almonds
East or West Almonds are best for the brain.Almond contain whole kind of nutritions and ingredients that satisfy and provide energy to our brain, Personally i eat 10 almonds but remember keep soaking almonds for whole night and eat it in morning it will be more effective for your brain.

exercise more and Sleep Well
Bad habits like not sleeping on time,Watching pornography at nights will lead to brain weakness for the solution of this problem. I advice you to sleep at night as much as you can keep sleeping at least 8 hour each day.Short sleeping may effect the brain work and your brain will be weaker and weaker.Get up early in the morning Go out for a morning walk it will help you reduction of your belly fats also your brain will start working very well.
