As I just did with @frankbacon, I sent him a memo with a 0.002 Hive transfer. This pays for his return memo also, ensuring he can reply if he chooses. If you recieve a transfer with 0.002 consider sending a reply. Messaging in the transfer memo is a great and cheap feature for sending messages to users.
