You can use JAFX....They have 30 pairs of cryptos..(some vs the US Dollar and some vs Bitcoin)
I have never had any trouble opening a demo with any of these MT4 brokers and I certainly do not give them my correct phone number, but I've never used a foreign phone number either...
BTW, $7500 target has been hit more or less and BTC is trying to bounce.....
