Welcome back to my favourite music...alphabetically.
Favourite Artist: V.K
Genre: Artcore, Modern Classical
A favourite from Deemo, a fantastic rhythm game for mobile devices. Most of V.K.'s songs are really awesome. They predominantly feature piano with symphonic and electronic elements to accompany them. I mostly know individual songs of his, so check out these songs: Pure White, Evolution Era, Reflection.
Favourite Album: V: The New Mythology Suite by Symphony X
Genre: Progressive Metal
This narrowly beat out Black Sabbath's Vol 4 for me, but it was very close. I love the guitar tone on this album, it is really heavy but doesn't feel too mechanical and there are lots of fantastic riffs. The singer is incredible too. Check out: Evolution (The Grand Design) and Absence of Light.
Favourite Song: (Untitled #1) - Vaka by Sigur Ros
