I've known Chris Kacher a long time. It's a disgrace how he was falsely accused, extorted for millions, denied a chance to sue for prosecutorial misconduct by forcing him to take a plea or go to trial which is a crap shoot given the way the INjustice system works in the US. At least the agreement dismissed all charges including the plea so he could get his life back. But that false article has circulated, been passed around to discredit Kacher by one I know about who committed an actual sex crime against Kacher's underage friend so Kacher and his friend would not go to the police. The bloody irony runs deep!
